Thank you for choosing Eva Beauty®! We are committed to delivering our high-quality herbal hair care products to your doorstep across Lebanon.
1. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding Sundays and official holidays).
- You will receive a confirmation message (Email or WhatsApp) once your order has been dispatched.
2. Shipping Rates and Estimates
- Local Delivery (Within Lebanon): We offer flat-rate shipping across all Lebanese territories.
- Delivery Time: You can expect to receive your order within 2 to 5 business days from the date of confirmation.
- Shipping Charges: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
3. Payment Methods (Lebanon Only)
To ensure a smooth shopping experience, we currently support:
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Pay in cash (USD or LBP at the daily market rate) when you receive your package.
- Whish Money: Pre-payment via Whish Money is available for faster processing.
4. Shipment Tracking
Once your order is with our delivery partner, you may receive a tracking number or a direct call from the courier to coordinate the exact delivery time. Please ensure your provided phone number is active.
5. Damages and Issues
Eva Beauty L.L.C. Single Partner is responsible for your order until it reaches your hands. If you receive your package damaged, please contact us immediately at support@evabeautystore.com or via our official WhatsApp line, and we will arrange a replacement.
6. Undelivered Packages
If the courier is unable to reach you after multiple attempts, the package will be returned to our warehouse. In this case, a re-shipping fee may apply to send the order again.
7. International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within Lebanon. We are working on expanding our reach to the GCC and beyond in the near future. Stay tuned for updates!
