Refund policy

At Eva Beauty L.L.C. Single Partner, we are committed to excellence and honesty in everything we do. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, but we understand that sometimes a return may be necessary.

1. 7-Day Return Window

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

2. Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be unworn or unused, with all original tags attached.
  • It must be in its original packaging.
  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

3. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@evabeautystore.com.

  • If your return is accepted, we will provide you with the return instructions.
  • Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

4. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective or damaged.
  • You received the wrong item.

We will evaluate the issue and make it right immediately.

5. Non-Returnable Items (Beauty & Personal Care)

Due to hygiene and safety standards, certain types of items cannot be returned:

  • Personal Care Goods: Opened or used beauty products (shampoos, oils, masks) cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.
  • Custom Products: Special orders or personalized items.
  • Sale Items & Gift Cards: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

6. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, please make a separate purchase for the new item.

7. Refunds (COD & Whish Money)

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed through Whish Money or as a Store Credit for your next purchase.
  • Note: For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via Whish Money to the phone number provided during checkout.
  • Please allow 3 to 5 business days for the transfer to be completed once the refund is approved.
